attentive staff spacious room
The location was amazing. it was within walking distance to everything and the staff were really attentive! the rooms were spacious. I enjoyed the good air conditioning
the elevator was small. it made bringing things up to the rooftop terrace tricky

mixed feelings about this place
tram noise small room
the breakfast was acceptable and on the rooftop so i had a view.
The tram outside was loud. It kept me awake for a good portion of the night. my room was also very small and the bathroom was even smaller. honestly, the lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably.

leaking shower street noise
i found two issues. the shower leaked considerably. water went everywhere in the bathroom. also, i could hear street noise. the soundproofing needs improvement. traffic was constant and disruptive during sleeping hours.

central location and great service
big bed comfortable bed free espresso
i found the staff cute. they provided free espresso at the downstairs bar and were available 24/7 at the front desk. the king-size bed was quite big and comfortable plus the air conditioning worked well and that was very important.
the street outside was a bit busy and could be slightly noisy at times.

Nice Stay, A Good Experience
ample space convenient coffee rooftop breakfast close basilica
The room had a kettle. Morning coffee was very convenient. A large bathroom offered ample space. Breakfast on the rooftop provided a variety of food. The hotel is very close to Basilica Santa Maria in Aracoeli.
The hotel was relatively dark, with common areas, besides the rooftop, not very attractive.

The rooftop breakfast offered an amazing view and a wonderful variety of food. I found a big selection to suit all tastes with many sweet pastries, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, and vegetables. All coffee specialties were served upon request.

the hotel offered convenient access to major attractions. the front desk staff was helpful with transport arrangements. the rooftop bar gave amazing scenery. breakfast provided a delicious array of options each morning.
the street outside was somewhat narrow, made luggage unloading a bit tricky.

food quality elevator noise
i was a bit disappointed by the breakfast situation. it was served on the rooftop terrace, a lovely spot with views, but the food quality wasn't great. also, our room was quite close to the elevator. it was noisy late into the night and early in the morning. i could hear people using it constantly, hard to sleep properly.
